Built to Play (operated from Bratislava, Slovakia) collects the email address you provide on our waitlist form, along with your preferred language (EN or SK), in order to send you launch notifications and occasional updates.
We use Beehiiv (beehiiv.com) as our email service provider. Your email and language preference are stored on Beehiiv's infrastructure. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.
Under EU GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@built-to-play.com.
We retain subscriber data for as long as you remain subscribed, plus 12 months after unsubscription for compliance and audit purposes, after which it is deleted.
